Landlord entered several times without permission or sufficient advance notice, re-arranged belongings, took pictures and posted on craigslist without permission. She also illegally charged for normal wear and tear. The apartment itself looked beautiful but was not functional. Hot water problems were never resolved after multiple calls, and the walls were so thin that one could hear everything. Basically, this landlord is a liar and a bully and does not respect tenant rights. Do not rent from her.
