Jeff and Gina were nice enough in the beginning, but the facility was terrible. There was no insulation and the only heat source was a fire place, so the place was very difficult to heat. When we moved in there was dirt and spiderwebs everywhere and windows were cracked. The floor is angled to the right and it is unclear as to whether there is a foundation laid. Jeff and Gina would not fix things when they became issues (i.e. leaking roof/skylight) and the fireplace was so insecure and dirty that we ended up having a fire start in the house. Rustic, yes. Worth paying for, no.
