We just completed our lease with ICON. The apartment was on the UES in NYC. They charged us a double security deposit prior to the beginning of our lease. They said that this was for our small dog. In any case, when we received our security deposit back they had taken out $475 for painting, screw repairs, and normal wear and tear expenses. Has anyone had an experience with them? We are trying to find others who have rented from them and if they can give any information about their experience.
